Welcome to Worth The Find UK. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Worth The Find UK.
Worth The Find UK operates this online store and website, including the related information, content, features, tools, products and services provided to customers (the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and any other policies displayed on our website, explain the terms on which you may use our Services and purchase products from us.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing or using the Services or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects or limits any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After you submit an order, you may receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and Worth The Find UK is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be authorised, we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or we are unable to deliver to the address provided.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
The total amount payable, including applicable delivery charges and taxes where relevant, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information and for ensuring that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.
We may change prices and promotions from time to time, but changes will not normally affect orders that we have already accepted.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you to offer the option of purchasing the product at the correct price or cancelling the order for a refund.

Delivery estimates displayed on our website are estimates unless we expressly agree to a specific delivery date.
We will arrange delivery to the address provided when you place your order.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, we will deliver goods within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control. However, nothing in this section removes or limits any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods come into your physical possession, or into the possession of a person identified by you to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

SECTION 6 – CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are a UK consumer purchasing eligible goods online, you generally have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.
You do not need to give a reason for exercising this statutory cancellation right.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Certain products may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where permitted by law, including certain personalised or made-to-order products, perishable goods and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Nothing in our Return and Refund Policy or these Terms affects your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
SECTION 7 – FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED PRODUCTS
Products sold through our store must comply with applicable UK consumer law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract, you may have statutory rights to remedies including rejection, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.
These statutory rights are separate from the 14-day cancellation right applicable to many online purchases.

Worth The Find UK is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Worth The Find UK.
Shopify provides the ecommerce infrastructure supporting our store but is not the seller of the products you purchase from Worth The Find UK.
Nothing in this section affects any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process certain information in connection with your use of our store and its services.

If you are purchasing products as a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, losses not caused by our breach, or business losses where you purchased the products wholly for personal or household purposes.
SECTION 18 – EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
We will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing obligations where the failure or delay results from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where such circumstances materially affect your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and will comply with any cancellation, refund or other rights available to you under applicable law.
